Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Duties: - Assemble prescription orders accurately and efficiently - Assist customers with their medication inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Maintain inventory and stock medications as needed - Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries - Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and satisfaction - Follow all pharmacy regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment Experience: - Must be a certified pharmacy technician - Previous experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting is preferred - Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug classifications, and dosage forms - Proficient in using pharmacy software systems for prescription processing and inventory management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
