As the Assistant Manager you will be assisting the Venue Manager in the day to day running of the venue with a strong emphasis on customer service and leadership. You will ensure all aspects of the business are functioning as they should be whilst mentoring those around you to meet their fullest potential.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in hospitality management.
• Food Handlers Certificate.
• Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
• Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
• TAB Compliance.
• Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  
  

What will my duties include?

• Assisting with achievement of set financial targets.
• Stock control and management.
• Staff management including; rostering, training, performance management.
• Coordination, execution and evaluation of promotions.
• Ensure venue is compliant with all external bodies.
