Job Description

As an Admission Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our institution by overseeing the admissions process for potential students. You will help us attract and enroll students who are a great fit for our institution, while also representing our values and mission to prospective students and their families.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the entire admissions process, from application review to enrollment, for both undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Evaluate and assess applicants' academic qualifications, extracurricular activities, and personal statements to determine their fit for our institution.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students, providing accurate and timely information about our institution, programs, and admissions requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as the financial aid office and academic departments, to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
• Create and maintain relationships with high schools and community organizations to promote our institution and attract prospective students.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in admissions, and make recommendations for process improvements and marketing strategies.
• Participate in recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions to represent our institution and engage with potential students.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all applications, decisions, and communications for reporting and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as education, psychology, or communication.
• Prior experience in admissions or higher education recruitment is preferred.
