Job Description

  • Management of incoming external vendor orders to determine and communicate lead times
  • Organization of incoming orders
  • Maintenance of vendor profile information including changes in delivery instructions, standing orders, contact information
  • Communication with accounting team with internal and external billing processes
  • Spreadsheet/database (Optimum Control) management and tracking of product
  • Communication with transportation provider to ensure execution of all external and internal deliveries
  • Communicate product inventory needs to Chef to guarantee fulfillment of orders
  • Communicate sales trends to Senior Operations team
  • Communication with Human Resources, Payroll and Accounting at Head Office to maintain all administrative paperwork
  • Ordering office supplies when in need

Qualifications
  • Ability to use Microsoft office programs with a focus on Excel
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Previous experience working in the Food and Beverage industry or large kitchen would be an asset.
  • Availability for part-time hours with potential to lead until full-time hours. Day-time availability
