Job Description - Management of incoming external vendor orders to determine and communicate lead times
- Organization of incoming orders
- Maintenance of vendor profile information including changes in delivery instructions, standing orders, contact information
- Communication with accounting team with internal and external billing processes
- Spreadsheet/database (Optimum Control) management and tracking of product
- Communication with transportation provider to ensure execution of all external and internal deliveries
- Communicate product inventory needs to Chef to guarantee fulfillment of orders
- Communicate sales trends to Senior Operations team
- Communication with Human Resources, Payroll and Accounting at Head Office to maintain all administrative paperwork
- Ordering office supplies when in need
Qualifications - Ability to use Microsoft office programs with a focus on Excel
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Previous experience working in the Food and Beverage industry or large kitchen would be an asset.
- Availability for part-time hours with potential to lead until full-time hours. Day-time availability
