This is an onsite permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with vendors on outstanding parts orders.
  • Review open work orders and process for closing
  • Assist payables in collecting invoices and packing slips.
  • Investigate customer invoicing inquiries.
  • Process invoice requests for construction projects.
  • Create project submittals and warranty letters.
  • Act as a backup working with payables and purchase orders.
  • Act as a backup to the Dispatcher

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of similar experience in administration or Invoicing.
  • Ability to work with and support all team members, management, and shareholders.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
