NOW HIRING: Administrative Coordinator

LOCATION: Centennial Auto Group, Charlottetown, PEI

HOURS: Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility may be required)

COMPENSATION: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour + benefits. (negotiable based on experience)

As an Administrative Coordinator reporting to one of our Managing Partners, you'll be a driving force behind projects, research, and key initiatives. Your outstanding organizational skills will shine as you expertly manage document preparation, schedules, and office procedures. Skillfully handling calls and emails, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency. APPLICABLE SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Proficiency in office software and technology, specifically creating and maintaining spreadsheets in both Excel and Google Sheets
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
  • Adaptability and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Self-management: demonstrate exceptional self-management skills by proactively identifying tasks and projects to work on during downtime
  • Have a valid driver?۪s license with the flexibility to travel between Summerside and Charlottetown when required

JOB TASKS:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, research, and initiatives as directed by the Managing Partner
  • Assist in document preparation and maintenance, including spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations - record meeting minutes and follow up on action items as needed
  • Efficiently manage the Managing Partner's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prioritize commitments, ensuring optimal time management
  • Refine and standardize office procedures for improved operational efficiency
  • Handle and screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
