Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the team such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Train other workers
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
