Job Duties
- Greeting visitors and answering phones
- Running errands
- Picking up supplies and office equipment
- Manage and maintain executive's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Sending invoices and collecting receipts
- Coordinating staff meetings
- Handle and prioritize daily incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation.
- Maintain organized filing methodsCoordinate the flow of information within the team
- Train other workers
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Perform data entry
