Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, preferably in an office setting where client/case-specific tasks are performed. This will be a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- File management from start to finish
- Counseling on client matters within the professional scope
- Scheduling consultation dates and other appointments
- Drafting and preparing correspondence
- Legal document preparation (training provided)
- Maintaining an in-house correspondence system
- Assisting other team members as required
- Responding to client inquiries
- Managing reception when needed
- Implementing and participating in marketing activities
Qualities Desired:
- Comfortable handling telephonic conversations with clients
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Willingness to work independently and within a team
- Above-average proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
