We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the company's operations.
Duties:
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
