Administrative Assistant
Location: New Minas
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday; 9am to 3pm (with the possibility of increased hours as the job develops)

The Atlantic Group and Trauma Training center is an innovative, one-of-a-kind health and wellbeing professional community that provides clinical and psychological education, counselling services, clinical mentorship and supervision. Its primary focus is on military, first responder populations as well as Nurses and Teachers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
?? Answer phone, provide information as needed and direct calls / messages accordingly.
?? Maintain clinician?۪s calendar
?? Schedule clients and training participants
?? Maintain the Director's calendar
?? Exercise clear judgement and problem-solving skills.
?? Take minutes during team meetings
?? Proof reading reports and submitting documents to respective agencies.
?? Coordinate travel for training team
?? Be or become proficient with Jane software and provide support to clinical team
?? Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and Sage programs.
?? Enter accounts payables and accounts receivables into the Sage system.
?? Create reports from the Sage system.
?? Strong interpersonal and communications skills a must.
?? Demonstrate flexibility in work duties.
?? Life experience, exercising interpersonal skills and working as part of a team.
?? Maintain office equipment and supplies.
?? Other duties as required.
