Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
-Provide admin support to the management team
- Be a community liaison with partners in the community and funders
- Perform data entry, maintain and update records, and create reports
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
-Very flexible
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
