Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting and Admin Clerk to join our team. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and supporting the accounting department. - Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable
Job Duties
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable by depositing cheques and preparing invoices
- Manage payroll
- Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software such as Microsoft Excel
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Receiving and recording cash and cheques
- Interacting with management, customers, and vendors
- Maintaining and updating financial records in an organized manner
- Completing and submitting tax remittance forms such as T4 slips
