The ideal candidate will be crucial in managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing solutions. As an Account Manager, you will manage client projects from onboarding to long-term optimization, ensuring their digital marketing campaigns and projects are executed and managed successfully. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing and coordinating various digital marketing channels, including Google ads, Facebook ads, SEO, web design, CRM, email marketing, and more, to meet our clients' business objectives and drive results. Responsibilities: 1. Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. Conduct regular meetings with clients via Google Meet to understand their goals and challenges, provide updates on campaign progress, discuss new opportunities, and address any concerns. 2. Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicate client requirements and expectations to internal project managers and teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any concerns or changes in project scope. 3. Client Satisfaction: Proactively anticipate and understand client needs, providing solutions and suggestions to enhance their digital marketing strategies. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service. 4. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide clients with insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with clients to set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign goals. Requirements: 1. Experience: Proven experience as an account manager or project manager in a digital marketing agency setting. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns. 2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Perfect written English. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Ability to present data in creative and insightful ways. 3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. 4. Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically. 5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including Google ads, Facebook ads, SEO, web design, CRM, and email marketing. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms, particularly Google Meet. Ability to analyze data from different sources and platforms and compile insightful and user-friendly Google Sheets/Google Data Studio reports.
