Receptionnist
Job Description
Vogue Optical is currently seeking a Doctor’s Receptionist in to work in a fast-paced retail optical with a dynamic team.
- Must excel in customer service.
- Ability to work as a team player with limited supervision.
- Must be highly motivated with strong organizational skills with the ability to problem solve and multi-task.
- Evening and weekend work may be required.
- Ability to follow company procedures and policies.
- Training provided.
- Greeting customers professionally and in a timely fashion.
- Booking appointments.
- Customer reminder calls and recalls.
- Preforming a “pre-test” for the customers, prior to the eye exam.
- All other duties as required.
