Sydney Mazda is a local Import Automotive Dealership that is committed to providing the best customer service experience and to solidify ourselves as a trusted destination for everything automotive for employees and customers.
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team.
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers coming into the dealership so we are looking for an individual that is friendly, cares about customer service, is comfortable talking on the phone and meeting new people.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming phone calls, answering questions and ensuring all calls and messages get directed to the right department or the appropriate person.
- As the first point of contact in the dealership you will greet customer showing them where to go.
- Work closely with all Departments and handle various administrative duties.
- Manage the key room
- Create new and used vehicle files
- Sign out dealership plates
Requirements for the position:
- Great attention for detail and accuracy.
- Customer service focus
- Microsoft Excel and Word are considered an asset.
- Previous experience with customer service is an asset.
- High School
- Valid Driver?۪s license.
Benefits:

Salary $15.50 - $17 per hour.
Job Type: Full-time
