Rosno Management and Leasing Ltd., a diversified property management company located in Halifax, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Property Administrator!

As the successful individual, you will bring to the table:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property administration
• Experience in property management and/or real estate would be considered an asset
• Experience with lease packages, tenant and superintendent communications.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Property Management software
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge with social media platforms - specifically Instagram and Facebook

What you will be doing:

• Manage and update tenant leases and maintain account information
• Produce all tenant and superintendent communications
• Reception coverage, incoming phone calls, email, and respond to enquiries
• Maintaining other company records, preparing reports, excel spreadsheets, writing letters, advertising on social media and maintaining the company website
