We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team in a retail or wholesale environment.
Job Duties
- Cut and prepare meat products according to established procedures and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with selecting appropriate cuts of meat
- Remove bones from meat
- Cut poultry into parts
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets
- Grind meats
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
- Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
