Janitorial + light maintenance

Full-Time Permanent

We are a locally owned and operated real estate firm in business since 1961 with several hotels and 20+ multi-unit residential and commercial properties in the GMA. We are looking for a candidate to join our growing team on a full-time basis in a maintenance and janitorial role.

The position is one of building and premises upkeep/maintenance. The applicant will be expected to do many different tasks such as, parking lot sweeping, gardening, hallway mopping/sweeping, apartment cleaning, changing light bulbs, unclogging sinks, light snow removal and more. You will report to and receive tasks from a supervisor as well as directly from ownership, who play an active daily role within the organization. The ideal applicant is someone who has a positive attitude, a good work ethic, and who has a willingness to learn about different aspects of building maintenance and upkeep.

The applicant must be able to work independently, have reliable transportation, have a cell phone, be bondable, provide a background check and must live in the Greater Moncton Area.

An industry competitive salary will be offered based on experience and skill set.
