QUALIFICATIONS:

• Superior Customer Service skills.
• Promptly responding to and following up with customer inquires via phone, internet and chat
• Identify customer needs
• Set appointments for customer visits
• Answer incoming sales calls
• Follow up with existing and potential customer to generate sales appointments
• Able to multitask
• Organization is a must
• Be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Sales experience is an asset
• Excellent telephone communication skills. Calls Center experience is an asset
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Must have a positive, energetic personality and posses a strong work ethic
• Goal oriented & desire to excel
