- Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
- Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications.
- Collaborate with the HR department on payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the firm's growth objectives.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with our accounting team and other departments to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and audits.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
