Back End Developer

Job Description

Job Role Description: As a Back End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing server-side applications to support the overall functionality of our organization's web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with our Front End Developers and Product team to ensure the seamless integration and execution of user-facing features. Key - Design, develop, and maintain complex server-side applications and APIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective integration of front and back end components. - Monitor and optimize application performance and scalability. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and enhance the organization's web and mobile capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Maintain Backend Services: Work primarily with Node.js to build and optimize APIs, microservices, and other backend components such as databases and serverless functions.


• Web3 Integrations: Contribute to blockchain features, including interactions with smart contracts on Solana (Rust) and various blockchain protocols.


• Infrastructure & DevOps: Collaborate on deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management and observability.

Job Duties

• Hiring and training new employees


• Operating point of sale terminals and providing bills to customers


• Work with a team of developers to come up with creative solutions for network design issues.


• Managing primary web development vendors
