ACCOUNTANT

EXIT Realty Advantage is an established real estate company based in Fredericton, New Brunswick. We are looking for a full-time Accountant to fill an upcoming vacancy. The ideal applicant for this position will possess formal training in accounting. Reporting to the General Manager, you will have the following key responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end accounting processes with precision and attention to detail
Play a crucial role in year-end financial activities and reporting
Manage payroll processes accurately and timely, including remittances to government, group RSP program and group insurance
Oversee and manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
Handle some HR functions in collaboration with management
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Other duties as necessitated by your role and the overall business objectives

Qualifications:

A proven track record in accounting is a must
Demonstrate an ability to identify and implement process improvements
Thrive in a collaborative team environment
Commit to full-time position
Provide reporting and assistance to approximately 100 realtors
Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Quickbooks with emphasis on Excel experience
