We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong and positive relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients and work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the continued success and satisfaction of our valued clients.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions and support
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and strategize ways to retain and upsell clients
- Manage client contracts and negotiate terms and pricing as needed
- Provide regular updates on client performance and progress to the management team
- Actively monitor client satisfaction and follow up on any issues or concerns to ensure a positive and long-lasting partnership
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and successful execution of client projects and campaigns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations
- Ensure all client data and records are accurately recorded and maintained in our CRM system
