Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide them with customized solutions
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing market share and revenue
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM software
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand your network and generate new leads
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions to guide sales strategies and decisions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
