We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our organization, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is able to multi-task effectively.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations
- Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects and deliverables to clients
- Create and monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring they are met and communicated effectively to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
- Prepare and present monthly account performance reports to clients
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue
- Assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and be able to provide insights and recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
