On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Project Coordinator to support plans to operate a standardized clinical information solution.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough review of existing business requirements to gain a comprehensive understanding of project needs and objectives.

• Collaborate with clinical experts to gather valuable input and insights for the development and refinement of clinical standards, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Design and execute facilitation sessions to validate existing requirements and collect new business and information technology requirements. Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and alignment.

• Lead the design and development of facilitation sessions to validate existing requirements and collect new business and information technology requirements. Conduct gap analysis to ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, encompassing workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials. Ensure documentation is comprehensive, accessible, and supports the seamless adoption of clinical standards.

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business and client requirements, providing valuable insights to support the development, operations, and deployment of the clinical standardization project. Recommend and implement solutions to achieve defined objectives, monitoring their effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the smooth delivery and implementation of the clinical standardization project. Develop and execute effective communication plans for stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement and understanding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s level University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare or a similar discipline

• 3+ years experience as a Clinical Project Coordinator

• 3+ years healthcare experience with a focus on health information systems, standards, technology, and/or software
