We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge and experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, and must be able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Job Duties

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Organize buffets and banquets
• Manage kitchen operations
